Curt Schultz Design has evolved since its inception in 2004. Several employees and service offerings were added over the years. In the fall of 2007, the firm relocated to a larger office in downtown St. Charles. The firm started its own branding initiative with a name change from Curt Schultz Design to Curtis. An artistic capabilities brochure followed suit in early 2008.
